Beyond the Stage

Beyond the stage, Fanny Lora is an educator, Alexander Technique teacher, and arts leader whose work bridges performance, wellness, and community engagement. She is a certified Alexander Technique teacher, supporting musicians and non-performers in developing ease, presence, and sustainable practice habits.

Fanny taught Alexander Technique at Berklee College of Music through the Wellness Department, offering both individual and group instruction focused on injury prevention, performance anxiety, and embodied efficiency. She is also a sought-after guest teacher, working with public school districts, colleges, conservatories, and private events.

Earlier in her career, Fanny worked extensively as a choral conductor and chorus manager, leading ensembles and overseeing artistic and logistical operations for collaborative vocal projects.

Through her combined work as a performer, teacher, and arts leader, Fanny Lora supports artists not only in how they perform, but in how they sustain their creative lives and foster vibrant musical communities.
